Imagineering is excited to announce our partnership with the Western Wisconsin Women’s Business Center!

A program of Western Dairyland Economic Opportunity Council, the Western Wisconsin Women’s Business Center provides assistance to individuals interested in starting, expanding, or improving small businesses. The Women’s Business Center provides entrepreneurs with access to individual and group business training, referrals, financing, technology, and ongoing business case management services throughout Barron, Buffalo, Chippewa, Dunn, Eau Claire, Jackson, Pepin, Pierce, Polk, St. Croix, and Trempealeau counties.

Join Imagineering and Western Wisconsin Women’s Business Center for an educational workshop on Tuesday, February 15: Cybersecurity from a Non-IT Perspective. This free workshop will be held virtually and will give entrepreneurs and small businesses a chance to learn from Imagineering Marketing Manager, Shelley Scott, about the cybersecurity measures she has learned over the last two years working for an IT company.

The COVID-19 pandemic caused businesses of all sizes to move quickly and rely heavily on technology as they navigated the world of telework. As the pandemic continues, and remote work becomes the new normal, it is time to reevaluate your business’s security protocols. During this presentation, you will learn about common risks and mitigation techniques in the cybersecurity world, coming from a non-IT professional’s perspective.
